Why we review on Fridays.
A weekly review is the one meeting every project keeps. Here is how we run it, and why it is on a Friday.

Every Apogee project has one fixed meeting: a review on Friday at ten. It lasts forty-five minutes, and the client sees real work every time, never a status slide.
A Friday review gives the team four days to make something worth showing, and the client a weekend to think about it. Feedback arrives on Monday morning, when the week is still open.
We show the work in context: a page on a phone, a label on a jar, a poster on a photo of the street where it will hang. The client talks first. We write down every comment and send the list back the same afternoon.
No decks about progress, no percentage-complete charts. If there is nothing new to show, we cancel the review and say why.

Northline had 140 venues and one week of type decisions. Notes on choosing a single family that works on a sign, a poster and a phone.
